At My Team My Way (MTMW), we're a small, family-owned and operated business that provides support services to people with disabilities. Our Disability Support Workers are responsible for implementing training and support services aimed at maximizing the living, employment, social, and recreational skills/needs of people with a disability. Community inclusion, independence, decision making, and personal choice are promoted through the supports we provide, with a focus on individual needs.

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker at MTMW, you'll be a valued member of our team and contribute to the development of service practice through regular communication with other team members, development/training days, and planning processes. We're committed to providing our staff with ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Implement training and support services to maximize the living, employment, social, and recreational skills/needs of people with disabilities.
• Promote community inclusion, independence, decision making, and personal choice through the supports we provide, with a focus on individual needs.
• Maintain compliance with the Policies and Procedures of My Team My Way and the NSW Disability Services Act.
