MTMW is a family-owned NDIS registered business run by a team of three: a mother, daughter, and aunt. As a small business, we're each involved in various aspects of the company's operations, allowing us to stay up-to-date on what's happening with our staff and participants.
Our Disability Support Workers are responsible for implementing training and support services aimed at maximizing the living, employment, social, and recreational skills/needs of people with a disability.
The team at MTMW takes a collaborative and individualised approach to providing care, with a strong focus on participant choice and control. Participants have full control over how, when, and where they would like their supports to take place, and are encouraged to choose who they would like on their support team.
MTMW's support services are tailored to the individual to help them achieve their personal goals at home, at work, and in the community. The team at MTMW is dedicated to exploring and developing new and innovative approaches to their participants' support needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
